The DEWALT DCF826 1/4-inch 18-volt impact driver can handle the toughest, most-demanding fastening jobs on any job site, including tightening large hex-head bolts, loosening stubborn lug nuts, and power-driving the longest, fattest lag screws imaginable. It offers best-in-class power and performance while keeping things nicely compact and lightweight.

Powered by DEWALT's 18-volt compact lithium-ion batteries (not included), the DEWALT DCF826 ideal for cabinetmakers, HVAC professionals as well as electrical, mechanical and general contractors who perform overhead drilling and fastening applications.

The professional-duty DEWALT DCF826 cordless impact driver delivers both high-speed rotation (0-2,400 RPM) and rapid-fire concussive blows (0-2,700 impacts per minute) directly to the fastener. The result is a nut-twisting 1,330 inch-pounds of turning force. Other features include a frameless motor for extended durability, heavy-duty gear case and all-metal transmission for smoother operation, replaceable brushes for increased serviceability, and center-balanced, T-handle design.

A compact, lightweight tool that allows you to access hard-to-reach areas, the DEWALT DCF826 handle offers a cushioned grip that's comfortable to grasp for hours of work. The included compact lithium ion battery weighs 1 pound and helps to reduce user fatigue when completing overhead applications. It comes with two 18-volt compact lithium-ion batteries, 30-minute charger, and a hard-sided case for storage and transport.

In addition to using DEWALT's compact 18-volt lithium-ion batteries, the DEWALT DCF826 is also compatible with DEWALT's 18-volt XRP extended run time batteries, which provide up to 40 percent more run time than standard Ni-Cad batteries. And any XRP battery can be used with any 18-volt DEWALT tool, which allows you to expand your system by adding other DEWALT cordless tools (sold separately) as the demands of your job grow.
